Joining the Advance Team
Once candidates have decided to explore opportunities with Advance, they’ll go through our time-tested hiring process. We’re dedicated to making the right match each time, and our process ensures our success.
Prior to coming in to an Advance office, all candidates must apply online. Upon approval, you’ll be asked to come into one of our offices, where you’ll go through:
- Our Orientation & Welcome Video
- Employee Guidelines Review
- Safety Awareness Video
- OSHA Employee Rights Review
Following orientation, candidates are reviewed in a one-on-one interview by a member of our highly trained staff. Each candidate is evaluated based on this interview process, our comprehensive testing and their specific work history – ensuring the best possible match with one of our career opportunities.
